What to expect from now to the Orientation call?

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the appointment with the meeting link and some questions to help you prepare your thoughts for the call.
During the orientation call, we'll get to know each other and your coaching goals. We'll also orientate you to the coaching process and cover logistics and cost matters. That way, we can explore whether we’re the right fit for each other.
What is coaching? Is coaching different from counselling or mentoring?
Coaching is a form of growth and development of the coachee in an area that they have identified as important to them. The purpose of any specific coaching conversation will always be defined by the coachee.
Coaching is not a quick-fix solution nor is it counselling, mentoring, teaching, consulting or giving advice. Because, rather than telling or focusing on the past, at the heart of coaching - we build a relationship and focus on empowering individuals to discover their own solutions towards a future they desire, sustaining this empowerment. And that is why, while there are many coaching approaches, we use the ontological coaching approach.
