FAI (ไฟ) is a Thai word for the light— the kind of light that guides, like a beacon in the dark. 

At FAI, we believe that every person carries a light within them. Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower individuals and organisations to be their own light with their gifts, so they can be seen with purpose. When people lead with their gifts instead of their fears, they shine—and in doing so, they light up the spaces they are called to be in. 

We bring this mission to life through our services in coaching, training and facilitation.
