Hello, I’m Aree, the founder of FAI.

I’m a coach (ACC, NCC) and trainer (AEP) based in Singapore, empowering individuals navigating high-stakes transitions.

From Performance to Presence.

For 19 years, I navigated the "engine rooms" of Singapore’s most iconic organizations—from the high-pressure talent pipelines of Marina Bay Sands to the critical career transition advisory at Workforce Singapore (WSG).

I saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant, ambitious professionals performing roles that didn't fit, exhausted by the tension between who they felt they "should" be and who they actually were.

The "Identity Architect" Approach

I founded FAI Global to solve this friction. While "Fai" (ไฟ) is the Thai word for light, I see it as the clarity that emerges when you stop performing and start leading from your Human Premium.

I am not just a coach; I am an Identity Architect. I provide the structural "scaffold" for professionals in high-stakes transitions helping them bridge the gap between technical competency and authentic presence.
